Bloatware on SE phone, and constantly tries to locate me by GPS and drains battery.

Waiting over a week for a reply about why the postcard of my 4 year old daughter hasn't arrived yet has been sent 3 times and never arrived. Going on since early December. We're great with responding at beginning and now you just gave up. Brutal

Touchnote service of sending postcards is great. My aged mother loves getting the cards and the it makes it so easy to grab a picture and write a note from the phone. But the app has loosy editing, can't go back and edit once in final view. Even when in editor can't scroll all the way back to the top. The final view is not what it will be when printed. Keeping it only because it sends goo

Not sure what's been changed but although i can see all my older orders the app insists I'm a new customer & wants my credit card details...what a pity!

This is a great idea, but the app and website are very poor. On Android you cannot edit your card, just scrap it and start again, on iPad you can't download a picture except from your iPad itself. Cloud storage, no way. There is no save to draft function for a card you want to save for later. Why are these basic functions missing? Rather poor, which is a shame because it is a great idea.

So I live in a different country to my family and I want to send some personalised thank you cards home, for some presents I got given, but when I worked out how much I would have to pay, to send 20 people a card. It's not worth, £45 that is a bit steep. It's a great idea but the money is ridiculous, it's cheaper to do a moon pig card!

Had Touchnote on my iPhone and loved it. Travel a lot with work and it was brilliant to send personal postcards. Had loads to tokens purchased to bring over to android. Couldn't be more disappointed. Interface isn't remotely the same. Can't make multi image cards or caption postcard. It's just a really crap version of a great app.
